Responsibilities - Main Shop Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on VW and other vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using manufacturer-approved tools and systems
• Complete warranty, internal, and customer-pay work orders efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the service team
• Stay current with factory training and certifications (well help with that!)

Qualifications/Requirements - Main Shop Technician:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
• Import or VW experience is a plus, but not required
• Desire to learn, improve, and earn certifications
• Ability to follow repair procedures and meet productivity goals
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ASE certification preferred
• Solid mechanical skills with attention to detail.
