Responsibilities Depending on Skill Level:

• Perform vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance (Express/Entry-Level)
• Assist senior techs and learn advanced repair techniques
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and more (Experienced Techs)
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Stay current with technical training and updates
• Maintain a safe, clean work area

Qualifications We Welcome All Levels:

• Entry-level candidates: mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
• Experienced technicians: prior dealership/independent repair shop experience a plus
• ASE certifications are a bonus, but not required to start
• Motivated to learn new repair/service procedures
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass pre-employment screening
