Responsibilities Internet Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage the Internet Sales Department, including BDC representatives and salespeople, to achieve monthly lead conversion and sales goals
- Oversee and track 700 800 monthly internet leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent customer engagement
- Use CRM tools to monitor performance, track communications, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement phone, email, and text processes to maximize appointment setting and sales opportunities
- Train and coach team members to improve performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Analyze reports and sales metrics to work effectively with numbers and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other sales managers and departments to ensure smooth customer transitions
Qualifications/Requirements Internet Sales Manager:
- Previous internet sales management experience required
- Strong ability to analyze data, work with numbers, and translate metrics into actionable strategies
- Experience managing a BDC and sales staff in a high-volume automotive environment preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management systems
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
