Key Responsibilities:
- Process new and used vehicle contracts accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit DMV paperwork for registration, title transfers, and trade-ins
- Calculate and verify taxes, fees, and payment schedules
- Reconcile accounting schedules and electronic funding transactions (EFTs)
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Communicate with customers and DMV agencies to resolve documentation issues
- Support the sales and finance teams with contract-related tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years of automotive contract or DMV processing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of state DMV procedures and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
