Behavior Therapist Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide individualized support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help clients develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
