The schedule is flexible, guaranteeing 40 hours, with a mix of early and standard day shifts. The family will try to guarantee 2 days off per week, although not always sequentially. Occasional weekend days will be needed. Flexibility is essential, as the family may occasionally travel, including to Los Angeles, where the baby's father resides part-time, and would like their nanny to accompany them when needed.
