Job DescriptionTITLE: Auditor Comp: From $65,000-$75,000/yr Location: Madison, IN Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Auditor direct hire position in Madison, IN Responsibilities:

• Present internal audit findings to executive leadership and recommend actionable insights.
• Ensure all internal auditors are properly certified and up to date with required qualifications.
• Identify and propose enhancements to internal systems and processes.
• Document and maintain detailed meeting minutes for ISO Compliance and Risk Management committees.
• Align internal audit priorities with company performance indicators and strategic goals.
• Support ongoing risk management efforts and monitor the implementation of related initiatives.
• Participate in regular training to maintain certifications and stay current with regulatory changes.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for internal audit operations.
• Oversee the effectiveness of the internal audit system and implement continuous improvements.
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify the completion and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO-14000 recertification audits.
• Perform annual C-TPAT assessments to ensure the security of imported goods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's or higher, preferably in business or engineering
• Previous experience running/implementing ISO or IATF audits.
• ISO and IATF knowledge (ISO 9001, 14001)
• Understanding of FMEA, control table, and other IATF core tools
