We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign-on bonus
• Production Starting Rates: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with top out in 12 months
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• Shift Options:
• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm (work 35 hr, get paid for 40 hr + 5% shift premium)
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am (10% shift premium)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plans and performs sequences of operations using standard operational methods
• Makes general decisions regarding setup sequences and responses based on process monitoring
• Prepares gensets after testing
• Installs labels, door latches, silencers, etc.
• Uses check sheets to audit gensets
• Checks paint appearances and ensures units meet customer orders
• Performs painting of finished products and assists with packing
• Maintains good housekeeping in the work area
• Observes safety practices

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to read and write, follow written instructions, and record process information

Notes: Minimum of 12 months previous related work experience.
