Position Overview

Delaney Hearing Center is seeking an Audiologist to join their growing team in Charlottesville, VA. The Audiologist will primarily work with adult patients, conducting hearing evaluations, diagnostics, and hearing aid services, including fittings and adjustments, in a no-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests for adult patients.
• Provide hearing aid services, including consultations, fittings, programming, and adjustments.
• Educate patients on hearing health, hearing aids, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the team to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology.
• Licensed or eligible for Audiology and Hearing Instrument Specialist licensure in Virginia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
