This is a temporary, full-time position requiring onsite presence in Newark, NJ. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the audiobook catalog, ensuring high-quality content delivery to millions of listeners.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the production queue for internal and external audiobook providers.Collect and organize necessary assets for audiobook production.Track titles through various production stages and troubleshoot delays.Prioritize tasks based on input from stakeholders.Update existing audiobook records using content management systems and ONIX metadata standards.Implement and track post-publication updates to catalog entries.Ideal Candidate ProfileA passionate consumer of digital media such as audiobooks and podcasts.Detail-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.Proactive and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree (preferably in humanities).1+ year of professional proofreading or copyediting experience.1+ year of experience in editorial or content operations within audiobook or podcast publishing.Technical proficiency in:Microsoft Outlook and ExcelWindows OS and general database toolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work across teams.Preferred:Familiarity with Airtable and ONIX metadata standards.Experience in SEO, digital publishing workflows, or content ingestion.Background in audiobook, publishing, or digital content operations.Exposure to project management and process improvement methodologies.End Date: March 13, 2026Pay Rate: $31.50/hourWork Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite in Newark, NJAbout BEPCBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries like technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
