Attorney in New York Metro Area – Defense Construction Personal Injury, Elmsford, NY | New York City, NY | Garden City, NY | Buffalo, NY $95k-$175k

Our New York Metro Area law firm, specializing in defense construction personal injury cases, is seeking attorneys with varying levels of experience in construction litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in defense work related to construction, premises, products liability, and general liability cases. A New York Bar license is required; additional licenses in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania are a plus. We are specifically looking for a Construction Litigation Labor Law Attorney to join our expanding team. The candidate should have substantial experience handling cases involving Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6), as well as contractual indemnification issues. Strong deposition skills in Labor Law cases are essential. The attorney will manage their own caseload, collaborating with team leaders, and will be responsible for client and carrier communication, court appearances, discovery compliance, depositions, medical examinations, and motion practice. Knowledge of premises liability and negligence cases is also beneficial.
