- This client is a well-respected mid-size litigation firm that is looking to expand its Workers' Compensation Defense team and they are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their practice.The positionbegins in-office and transitions to hybrid after an initial period and you must be commutable to downtown Atlanta, GA.This is a full-time, direct-hire rolewith a great opportunity for growth within the organization.

What To Expect as a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation defense claims from inception to resolution
- Represent employers and insurers in hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Oversee discovery and draft legal documents, including motions and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess risk
- Gain hands-on litigation experience with direct client interaction and courtroom exposure
Qualifications For Success
- J.D from ABA-approved law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 1 year litigation defense experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- Proven ability to manage complex cases
- Strong ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
- Outstanding analytical skills
Salary Range:$100,000 - $150,000
