Role Responsibilities:

- Advocate for injured workers throughout the New York State Workers' Compensation claim process.

- Offer comprehensive legal support to our clients, guiding them toward fair compensation.

- Manage legal documentation, and represent clients effectively in hearings and negotiations.

- Keep abreast of evolving laws and regulations within the workers' compensation sphere in New York State.

What We're Looking For:

- J.D. from an accredited law school.

- Licensed to practice in New York State, or capable of obtaining licensure promptly.

- A demonstrated interest in workers' compensation law for recent graduates; a solid track record in workers' compensation or related fields for experienced attorneys.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

- A resolute commitment to advocating for workers' rights.
