RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all food and beverage products are stocked, rotated and served in a quick and clean manner. Clean the floor, counter, and machines in the restaurant. Keep an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers. Monitor and adjust performance according to business Other duties as assigned. WORK AREA Restaurant exposed to high noise levels, varied temperatures, smoke, wet floors, hot items, and steam. Casino environment exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise. May include a boat and/or floating barge. High rise hotel and atrium. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Walking/ Standing 70% Bending/ Lifting 30% (overhead, arms length, up to 30 lbs.) EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. One year food service experience preferred.
