Attendance Youth Mentor - The Home for Little Wanderers : Job Details

Support a caseload of students, including tracking attendance and educational progress, providing students and families with continuous feedback and resources to meet the needs and promote academic success. Provides individual and group mentoring to students on a weekly basis Provides attendance outreach to students and their families, including phone calls and written correspondence Plans and facilitates milieu services in common spaces, such as classroom, cafeteria, and afterschool push-ins, arrival and dismissal Serves as a Success Mentor, and provides attendance supports and interventions for students struggling with attendance Facilitates communication between students, families, and school staff Completes weekly Success Mentoring Logs Completes required documentation in a timely manner Co-facilitates Attendance Team meetings with Site Manager Participates in staff meetings and staff development opportunities Collaborates on transdisciplinary team of Wediko and school staff to cre...Attendance, Dance, Mentor, Youth, Diversity, Support, Education
