Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Asst Color & Print Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating and executing brand-right color and print designs that align with our seasonal concepts and business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and style brand-right color and print stories that tie back to seasonal concepts and fabric programs.
  • Partner with design teams to build prints and novelty raw materials that complement the overall product assortment.
  • Work with CAD to develop print and raw material artwork, considering printability and technical limitations.
  • Use NED Graphics to recolor print artwork and pitch colorways for novelty raw materials.
  • Create and maintain print presentation boards in Illustrator/Indesign and communicate color and print POV to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Print Technologists and Raw Materials teams to develop and execute print/novelty raw materials within technical limitations.
  • Review print and novelty raw material strike-offs for layout and execution.
  • Track color and print deliverables using the design calendar, ensuring alignment with key milestone meetings.
Skills
  • Exceptional color and print sensibility with a keen eye for fashion and detail.
  • Ability to deliver commercially viable color and print stories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fabric printing, print techniques, and repeat layouts.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suites.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of Color & Print experience in a comparable retail environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Nedgraphics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Indesign.
