YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth Employment Application The Association Resource Executive Assistant is a highly skilled and strategic administrative partner responsible for supporting the President & CEO and the senior leadership team. This role combines the functions of multiple executive and departmental support positions into one high-level resource, ensuring seamless operations across the C-Suite and alignment with the YMCA's mission. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination, communication, and customer service for the Association-providing executive-level administrative support, managing priorities, and representing leadership with professionalism, discretion, and a cause-driven spirit. - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or Chief-of-staff level support experience, preferably supporting multiple senior executives.
- Experience in nonprofit, corporate, or public sector leadership environments strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High emotional intelligence, tact, and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecutive Support & Coordination
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and four other C-Suite executives.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and oversee scheduling for internal and external commitments.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, talking points, and materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and external engagements.
- Coordinate expense reporting and budget-related processes for executive offices.
- Serve as the primary contact and gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Leadership Support
- Track organizational priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure alignment across the senior team.
- Maintain highly confidential executive and board files and correspondence.
- Compile and prepare data, reports, and national/statistical submissions.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Relations
- Act as customer service representative of the Association Office-ensuring timely, professional, and thoughtful communication with staff, board members, donors, and community partners.
- Provide executive presence and polished representation for the leadership team at all times.
- Support a culture of hospitality and responsiveness, modeling YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Operations & Process Management
- Create and maintain efficient administrative systems to support executive productivity.
- Monitor workflows and recommend improvements for organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Finance, Development, Marketing, departments to ensure executive deliverables are met.
- Coordinate special events, executive retreats, and leadership meetings.
- Maintain organizational charts, databases, reports, and office supplies for the Association office.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth offers a competitive salary and benefits package for selected candidates. The yearly salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 and will be commensurate with the selected candidates experience. The YMCA provides competitive health, dental, and vision benefits.
