We are a family-owned private group practice in Santa Rosa, CA looking for the right associate to join with an eye to become a partner. We have an outstanding team and state-of-the-art equipment. We would love to welcome someone with at least 3-5 years of experience but would be willing to mentor the right candidate. CEREC, TMD, cosmetic dentistry, and endo experience are a bonus. Full fee for service. We are open to having a small office merge with ours as we have plenty of room to grow.

Our beautiful newly remodeled facility has 12 operatories with all Adec equipment, handheld X-ray units, CBCT, Cerec, and iTero digital scanners. We take great pride in our positive and supportive team culture and treat each other like family.

We will offer 30% of production with full medical benefits, as well as a guaranteed pay of $800/day. 401K benefits offered after one year.

Our ideal candidate would have excellent clinical skills, strong communication skills, be an avid learner, and a team player.
