Associate Warehouse Operator WinField. Pay: $21.00 per hour. Shift & Working Hours: Day Shift; Monday through Friday. March - August start time would be 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Outside of this time period start time would be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. During peak season, work may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends. At times, the ability to work overtime also may be required. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.
