About the RoleThe Associate Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue with Interventional Cardiology solutions within a defined geographic territory. The Associate Territory Manager will drive sales to exceed division priorities, define and develop new business opportunities, and contribute to overall team success. Individuals will develop strong clinical excellence, stay current on products, programs, and competitive knowledge, and be able to address program situations quickly, directly, and without hesitation. The candidate must be comfortable in the hospital and office-based settings and have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers (i.e., physicians, hospital administrators, lab staff) and internal teams.
The Associate Territory Manager will develop and maintain key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services, and procedural observation. The candidate will ensure their work is completed with integrity and in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
This position will support the territories covering Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Staten Island, and West Chester.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $50,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
