The Associate will work across Apollo's Capital Markets Equity and Credit Syndication businesses to build and implement the overall syndication strategy, process, execution, and reporting framework.

• Provide timely intelligence on investor trends and collaborate with stakeholders to align outreach strategies.
• Partner with various teams to coordinate syndication strategies and decision-making.
• Develop a deep understanding of Apollo's investment strategies and communicate value creation opportunities.
• Support the design and management of a co-investment CRM system and develop reporting tools.
• Contribute to the growth of Apollo Capital Solutions' capital markets and syndication capabilities.
• Oversee the firmwide syndication pipeline and enhance reporting and analytics.

• At least 6 years of experience in investment banking, investing, fundraising, or business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interest in financial service technology solutions.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Series 7 / 63 desired, not required.
