Program Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Family Success Centers ensuring that the standards for prevention, principles of family support, protective factors and the FSC practice profile are incorporated into all aspects of the Family Success Centers.
- Create and maintain partnerships within the service area to collaborate on community needs and services.
- Complete and submits accurate written reports and documents per established guidelines: weekly schedules, monthly perspectives, quarterly CQI and action plans, program progress reports, LOS for time off, other reports as required per program contract.
- Communicate information to and from Leadership as appropriate and relevant.
- Educate your team on issues impacting the program and the population the program serves.
- Serve as a leader in the organization by demonstrating core values and interpreting the mission of the Agency in all activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, human services administration or fields related to working with children and families with three years of related experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Additional education and related experience are preferred, such as a master's degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention-related programs.
Additional Information:
- Base Rate: $ 48,000
- Bilingual Rate: An additional $3,120 will be added to the base rate if Spanish proficient.
