This role is part of a diverse Information Security team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's security posture. The Security Engineer will address control-related issues, identify security gaps, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, and ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks.

We seek an intermediate security professional to work closely with the team to secure our information systems and data, with a focus on maturing overall security practices and implementing shift-left security strategies.

• Manage IT risk controls and processes aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Advise on designing and implementing IT and security processes to manage cyber risks.
• Maintain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and stay updated on the latest standards and best practices.
• Oversee IAM adoption and integration across applications.
• Serve as a security subject matter expert, supporting the development and maintenance of security programs.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams for IAM onboarding and control implementation.
• Design and monitor security safeguards, ensuring their effectiveness against emerging threats.
• Develop a security-aware culture, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Document security processes, tools, and procedures comprehensively.

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP) preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Information Security, especially IAM.
• Technical expertise with Microsoft MFA, CyberArk, Azure AD.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python.
• Experience with Azure security services.
• Deep understanding of security principles (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and laws.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical info to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
