It also includes defending companies and individuals in connection with DOJ and SEC investigations and regulatory proceedings. Applicants should have at least four (4+) years of relevant experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
