Job Description :
The Associate Registrar is primarily responsible for supporting functions of the Office of the Registrar relating to all student records maintenance and academic program support. Responsibilities include timely processing of student registration, degree audits, and grading, and overseeing program updates, transcript transmittal and supervision of the office support staff. Responsibilities. Provide direct assistance and support to the Registrar with office functions and responsibilities of the Office of the Registrar. Supervise and develop office support staff and conduct training to improve and enhance processes and procedures, including work study students. Manage staffing/ scheduling need to ensure adequate coverage of the Registrar's office. Monitor program requirements, and process updates to student degree audits. Facilitate the transfer credit process.
