Our services include Executive Search, Employee Assessment, Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, Group Leadership Development, Employee Engagement Surveys, Culture and Team Building Workshops, and related engagements.
We currently serve three primary industry verticals: Banks and Credit Unions, Insurance, and Private Credit companies. Our clients generally have between 50-1500 employees, which is the market segment where we find the greatest demand for our services.
We are currently seeking an early-mid career professional to join our team as an Executive Recruiter to support one of our established practices.

This is a job for someone who likes talking to people, listening, learning, solving problems, gently persuading, writing professional correspondence, and building relationships.
We pay a generous base salary and monthly and annual bonuses, with a full suite of benefits, including health insurance (80% paid for individual), 401k with safe harbor, etc. With performance, we seek to promote people every 12-24 months into roles of increasing autonomy, with commensurate earning potential.
