Job Description:

As we continue to scale across the various regions, we are looking for a Recruiter to help drive our hiring efforts in the region and support our CEO on other HR operational matters. The Recruiter will be viewed as a true business partner to the leadership team and responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across (but not limited to) GTM, Technology, Product, and Operations. This person will work strategically with our senior leaders to craft recruiting strategies that enable us to hit our growth and business goals and drive a seamless and best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on roles spanning all levels, managing the full cycle recruiting process from start to finish (kickoff meetings, sourcing, interviewing, managing interview process & debriefs, and driving the offer process).
  • Support the CEO on other HR Operations/Generalist duties.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with your hiring managers, becoming an expert on their teams and business.
  • Act as a consultant to the business, using data to report, influence, and drive the recruiting process to find the best possible talent as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by establishing a thoughtful interview process, ensuring both candidates and hiring managers are well prepared, and providing timely feedback/updates to all parties.
  • Craft creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent, always looking for new ways to attract top talent into the funnel.
  • Be a trusted advisor to both the hiring managers and candidates, helping to drive the best possible hiring decisions and outcomes for the company.
  • Work on projects that impact the broader global Recruiting team such as tool assessments, employer branding, and recruiter/interviewer training.
  • Collaborate with our global stakeholders across the other regions & support them on their hiring requirements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 0-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Track record of successfully hiring a wide variety of Go-To-Market roles in the America region.
  • Experience managing multiple roles/profiles at once.
  • Bilingual candidates in both English & Mandarin will have an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience using data to guide decision-making and change.
  • Experience working and influencing senior-level leaders.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, identifying challenges early on and addressing those with relevant stakeholders.

Internship Details:

  • A 6-month internship period.

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
