Associate Project Manager, Construction - Brixmor Property Group : Job Details

Assist in managing construction projects, including redevelopment, tenant improvements, and new builds, covering:Project planning and estimating. Lease exhibit preparation and abstracting Plan and entitlement reviews including zoning research. Consultant hiring and coordination. Bid, award, and contract negotiation/administration. Ensure projects meet lease commitments, budgets, and schedules. Track and deliver multiple tenant improvement projects on timeSupport capital improvement projects as needed. Assist with projects outside the primary region when required. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture (preferred)2 years hands-on experience working with a contractor, architect, or owner's representative. Experience with entitlement processes, estimating, scheduling, contract administration and management, and on-site construction supervision Ability to read architectural and civil/site plans.
