Candidates who apply for Assistant Professor level should have a substantial trajectory toward developing a rigorous, externally-funded immunology research program. Candidates at the Associate Professor level should have a national scientific reputation, current research funding and ahistory of mentorship and leadership.Certifications/LicensesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequired knowledge, skills and abilities include but are not limited to developing a strong independent research program within the Center for Immunity and Inflammation and in the department of primary appointment.In addition it is expected that the incumbent will participate in conferences, symposia, and other activities supporting research as well as participate in graduate education.
