Notre Dame Law School seeks applicants for the position of Associate Professor of Law. The position will commence in Fall 2026. Entry-level and untenured lateral candidates are welcome to apply. Qualifications Notre Dame Law School seeks applicants for one or more tenure-track faculty positions. The Law Schools interest is not limited to any particular subject, but there is particular interest in those who will teach courses in the first-year curriculum and in Professional Responsibility. Other areas of particular interest include intellectual property, environmental law, tax, trusts and estates, and family law. The Law School seeks candidates with the potential for excellence in teaching, widespread recognition for notable achievements in scholarship, and significant service within and outside the university. Applicants for these positions should possess excellence in academic and professional background. We welcome applications from those who would add to the diversity of our faculty.
