JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Product manager is passionate about Marketing and want to focus their skills on product management. They are ready to grow their strategic thinking and analytical skills by working with an experienced product management team to assist with researching market trends and competitive activity, researching and creating new products, and improving the existing product portfolio. They will assist the Senior Product Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager and work with development teams to deliver new products to market within assigned product categories.
This role is expected to be in office in the Versailles, Ohio location 4 days a week with one day remote. This is not a remote position. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Develop an understanding of the marketplace, including practice trends, regulatory issues, and competitive activity. Assist with market research and analysis of competitive offerings. Assist with customer validation of proposed solutions. Support development of value propositions and relevant content for product launches. Help develop training materials and deliver product training as needed. Interface with engineering on new product development and improvement projects. Develop and communicate product and market needs to cross-functional teams. Assist with necessary documentation. Assist with program and promotion development and trade shows. Other responsibilities as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering field of study. MBA preferred. 1-3 years experience preferred. Experience in medical technology development is desired. Specific experience in the dental field and/or instrument processing is desired. Midmark will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
