Associate Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. Position Responsibilities:
- Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
- Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working both independently and in team environments
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's degree or higher
- More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
Typical Education/Experience: Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Travel: Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.
