Associate - Private Equity - Real Estate - CarterPierce : Job Details

• Founded in over 10 years ago, our client focuses on investments in manufactured housing and recreational vehicle (RV) communities across the United States.
• Operates a fully integrated platform alongside its property management company.
• ~$500 million in real estate assets under management
• A growing 50+ person team
• Team members based in the Bay Area, Salt Lake City, and the Southeast.

Position Summary

• Seeking a full-time Associate to join its team in the near term.
• This is a career-track role with strong potential for long-term growth and advancement.
• The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions of manufactured housing and RV communities.
• Assist in financial modeling, market research, and preparation of investment memoranda.
• Collaborate with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal property management and asset management teams.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and support fund reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 1-4 yrs experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a remote environment.
