Are you detail-oriented and passionate about operational strategy? UPMC Health Plan is seeking an Associate Print & Fulfillment Strategist to join our Print & Fulfillment team.
In this role, you'll help plan and execute key strategies that support our print and fulfillment operations. Your responsibilities will span across budget planning and maintenance, reporting, print production, warehousing, ad hoc fulfillment, technology management, vendor management, and document management.

This is a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with work-from-home flexibility available. In-office presence will be required based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Operations to integrate print and fulfillment strategies into core business functions, supported by appropriate tools and technology.
Provides insights on production capabilities, vendor performance, service levels, and design standards to leadership.
Generates reports for trend analysis and process improvement under management guidance.
Coordinates across vendors and departments, managing initiative calendars and deliverables.
Stays current on fulfillment technologies and related advancements, supports template development, and communicates effectively with internal teams and external partners within Inspire Interactive and data file management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
2 years of operations experience, with a focus on client relationship management and achieving business goals
Preferred knowledge in print production, fulfillment, or businessLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
