Position SummaryAssociate Presales RTLS Engineers, as part of the Professional Services Team, support Solution Architects with Securitas Healthcares AeroScout RTLS solution development. The Associate Presales Engineer assists with technical Presales activities including but not limited to; solution design documentation creation and modification, supporting presales solution documentation assembly, and contributing to RFI/RFP responses. The Associate Presales Engineer typically supports the Solution Architects within their region, prioritizing requests and activities with them to ensure timely delivery.Associate Presales Engineers may be involved in limited post-sales activities as needed to gain specific use case product knowledge.This is a salaried position with limited travel required and is primarily a work-from-home position. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal presales solution documentation support under Solution Architect guidance
  • Assist with RTLS solutions development focused on meeting Customer needs while protecting the Customers and Securitas Healthcares interests with deliverable solutions
  • Create solution design documentation (drawings, BOMs, solution design summaries)
  • Provide technical assistance with regional RFI/RFP responses

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree
  • 2+ years enterprise experience in commercial networking technology, including experience with Wi-Fi, Ethernet network, and RF principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Limited Knowledge of VMware and Server Infrastructure principles preferred
  • Experience with RTLS products a plus
  • Healthcare experience preferred (clinical systems, clinical workflows, clinical operations)
  • Technical writing and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) experience preferred
  • Limited travel

This position entails delivering on-site services at customer facilities, particularly in hospitals. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate may need to engage in vendor credentialing systems specified by the customer.

Additional documentation and compliance with vendor credentialing requirements are mandatory, encompassing, but not limited to:

  • Verify vaccination records or immune titers for MMR, Tdap, Varicella, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B.
  • Annual obligations for TB screening with a negative test and confirmation of flu vaccination status.
  • Background checks and/or drug screenings conducted by third-party vendors. During this procedure, you may be asked to provide personal information, such as Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB), to third-party vendors vetted by Securitas Healthcare.

This position will perform on-site services at customer facilities. As a condition to employment, you may be required to register with customer-specified vendor credentialing systems, which may include submitting to additional post-employment background check and drug screenings using customer-selected screening companies. As a part of this process, you may be required to submit your personal information, including your Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) to third-party background check vendors.
