You'll join us at our conveniently located midtown east office, a stone's throw from Grand Central, where you'll work with a team of media/marketing rock stars to help deliver media strategies and plans to your all-star clients. You'll develop an understanding of client categories and what media influences, inspires and informs consumer purchase decisions. You'll support your team by creating, optimizing and managing core brand documents. Reporting to the Strategist, you'll be accountable for:

  • Account Management - juggle multiple tasks at once, be accountable for the status of projects and day-to-day activities, billing and budget management
  • Pre-Planning - learning and using research tools to gather data, analyze insights, establish productive relationships with buying teams across all media and external partner agencies
  • Planning - compile a vendor/media channel consideration list, learn and observe criteria for evaluating partners, assist in building and updating flowcharts
  • Execution - develop spec and material deadline documents for media plans, and assist the Strategist in the execution of all media, master running reports on media activity performance, and understanding of key metrics for measurement and success
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree (Communications, Advertising, Media or related field preferred)
  • Previous internship(s) in advertising or media
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent ability to work as part of team, time manage and delegate
  • Researching new media opportunities and developing point of view's for team use
  • Attitude for problem solving, networking, and being resourceful - hungry to learn and not afraid to ask questions
  • Self-starter who is diligent at note-taking, multi-tasking and research

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $34,000-$45,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
