The Associate, Operations Enablement is responsible for supporting the central and regional teams through new initiative launches, continuous process improvement, and a focus on scalability and execution. This position reports centrally to the Operations Enablement Sr. Manager but works closely with central and regional leadership.

The Day to Day

  • Supports operations leadership by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions.
  • Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates identified needs to corporate teams.
  • Supports roll-out of central initiatives to the Regions and Central Teams and tracks metrics.
  • Provides analytical support to drive clinical and operational OKRs and client needs.
  • Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop presentations for both internal and external customers.
  • Builds relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the clinical and operations teams as trusted partners.
  • Works cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Region, adapting to Regional-specific factors.
  • Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Acts as a support resource to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff.
  • Meets in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, project management, or experience with a high-growth healthcare organization.
