You will support the hardlines business with day-to day responsibilities as well as consistent report analysis, new business ideation, and partner relationships.You will report to the Manager, North America Brand Commercialization, Hardlines.This is a 12-month temporary assignment/project hire without any guarantee of placement based out of Glendale, CA or Celebration, FL.Responsibilities/You Will:Category Management:Provide support on the NAM Adult Collectibles business for Disney, Marvel, 20th Century Fox, and/or Star Wars brandsResearch and respond to licensee requestsProvide support in the contract and amendment processHelp identify business opportunities and provide research and analysis on industries, markets, and trendsEnsure timely approvals of licensee's marketing elements in online approval system.Provide any licensee /product information in support of regional needs, marketing and brand presentations, and sales meetingsSupport Line Planning and Product Development:Liaise with Product Development team to ensure that products reflect Disney quality and franchise objectives:lead meetings; coordinate programs across all categories; review line plans; notify product development team in the case of brand or category strategy changes; coordinate public relations and advertising approvalsSupport regional share outs and gather feedback regional feedback on line plans as neededPrepare product and franchise presentations for internal and external useCollect and organize samplesCollect, consolidate and ensure accuracy of licensee listsMaintain and update product sell-in dataOversee compliance of Disney Character Voice, music and sound integration for marketing use including trafficking all approvals and budgetsFinance and Business Planning:Manage correspondence, timelines and collection of forecast information, and create forecast summaries for analysis by the teamCollect weekly sell-through information for distribution to internal stakeholdersBasic Qualifications/You Have:2years of related experience with licensingExceptional organizational and project management skillsHighly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactiveExcellent written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skillsProficient in Keynote, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFriendly, people-oriented team playerAdept at managing multiple tasks and assignments simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Strong interest in category and licensingProven experience with OPA (Online Product Approvals)Skilled in creating engaging presentation decksRequired Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experiencePreferred Education:Master's degreeOur Benefits: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered..
