Associate MFT
We are excited about the mental health of our clients and about expanding our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fast paced and supportive private practice. This is a fully remote position with the ability to pick your own hours!
Job Functions:
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create treatment plans
- Participate in weekly group and individual supervision and team meetings related to position
- Intervene in crisis situation for assigned clients, even outside of normal work hours
- Complete progress notes and documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, behavioral sciences)
- Have an associate number and be registered with the BBS
- Reside in California
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Readliness to collaborate and learn new modalities and skills
- Willingness to build up to 25+ weekly clients
- Bilingual is a plus!
