Job Description

Duties:

• Hands-on improvement and upgrades to production machinery
• Assist Production Control in identifying customer/specialty parts needed for production builds
• Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and data; provide management with reports containing data and statistics to aid future manufacturing decisions
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all government laws and regulations
• Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs; review schedules and future requirements to assist management
• Plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve efficiency
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring manufacturer procedures are followed to keep equipment operational

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong math, mechanical, and analytical skills
