Associate Manager, Sales and Use Tax (hybrid) - Stryker Corporation : Job Details

Assist in managing sales and use tax processes, including audits, ASC 450 reporting, and risk/exposure analysis. Prepare reconciliation reviews and tax due diligence reports for mergers and acquisitions. Oversee sales and use tax integration for acquisitions, including documentation, risk analysis, and remediation planning. Research and document tax issues, positions, and classifications for materials and capital expenditures. Manage use tax accrual reviews, short pay process reviews, and assist with compliance as needed. Draft and update internal controls to ensure proper compliance as processes evolve. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business units to identify, research, and resolve sales tax issues. Support departmental tax projects and foster strong relationships across business units and cross-functional teams. What you need.
