Associate - Management Consulting - Analytic Recruiting : Job Details

A leading private equity firm launched by senior leaders from a big 4 consulting firm with a proven record of successfully transforming industrial technology companies is seeking an Associate - Management Consulting. This person will engage cross-functionally with exposure to the entire deal process, from deal structuring to post-investment management.

Locations: NYC or San Francisco

Salary: Up to 130k base + 30% bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide business related analysis and guidance to Portfolio Company CXOs and Senior Directors
• Implement strategies at the portfolio companies to drive value creation through top-line growth, margin accretion, and operational excellence
• Analysts will experience different situations and develop skills as an engaged operator and investor
• Financial evaluation to support investment opportunities and key strategic decisions

Qualifications:

• Strong academic record from a top 50 undergraduate institution
• 3 years experience in management consulting, private equity, or strategy consulting (1+ year experience for analyst)
• Extensive modeling skills and experience in Excel
• Analytical background with strong communication skills
