Job Summary:

We're looking for an Associate to join our CRM & Loyalty team within the Marketing department and help bring the digital guest experience to life. This role will focus on supporting local and national marketing campaigns that connect with our guests in meaningful, personalized ways.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and deployment of loyalty marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging—ensuring timely, relevant communications tailored to specific regions and store-level promotions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and local operators, playing a key part in shaping and growing our loyalty program. You'll help design smart, engaging customer journeys that reward our most loyal 7 Brew fans and drive repeat visits at the local level.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and is tech-savvy and passionate about creating seamless digital experiences for our guests. You'll collaborate with teams across the organization to advance our CRM and loyalty goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute trigger-based, sequenced, and multi-touch omni-channel campaign journeys across SMS, Email, Push, and In-App Messaging.
  • Develop and deploy individual campaigns using HTML and/or drag-and-drop tools within marketing automation platforms.
  • Monitor in-flight campaign performance and troubleshoot deployment issues as needed to ensure flawless execution.
  • Create campaign reporting summaries, incorporating benchmarking and best practices to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with local operators, franchisees, and field marketing teams to support market-level promotions and initiatives
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all communications
  • Partner closely with creative, brand, and agency teams to develop compelling content and assets for CRM and loyalty campaigns.
  • Support escalated guest and reward campaign issues by identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.
  • Coordinate ad hoc campaign requests and offer deployments with teams such as field marketing, paid media, and others.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar discipline; OR equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or loyalty platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Punchh, Paytronix, or SessionM.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, event-based triggers, and behavioral marketing automation.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and dynamic scripting languages for email and campaign customization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with data/IT teams to resolve integration challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-accuracy work.
