Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an Associate Logistics Engineer to join our Linthicum, MD based Logistics and Product Support organization. This position seeks an Engineer to perform Logistics Engineering Tasks such as Product Support Analysis, Logistics Product Data generation, Sustainment Planning and execution, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) management.
What You'll Get To Do:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence design and sustainment strategies for a variety of products supporting US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps and other customers. Analysis are performed during all phases of a product's life cycle: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. The successful candidate will apply both technical knowledge and organizational skills to solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints to perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Typical work products will include Trade Studies and engineering analysis to determine a product's Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, Support Equipment requirements, Spares Modelling, Trend analysis of maintenance and repair histories, and the identification and mitigation of DMSMS risks.

Salary Range: $53,100.00 - $79,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
