Job Description
Associates play a critical role in our firm. Specific responsibilities include:
- Support project managers in the entire lifecycle of the executive search process including market research and analysis and candidate identification. Participate in candidate interviews, client status calls, and client meetings.
- Learn Dinte's research process to become an expert regarding knowledge of research sources, industries and markets, organizational structures, and companies. Utilize publicly-available, subscription-based, and proprietary database resources, social media, and other channels.
- Assist with writing selected client deliverables such as position specifications, candidate reports, and status reports.
- Find innovative ways to identify high potential talent within a given market in addition to staying on top of market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information.
- Assist with developing the search research strategy and plan in coordination with the project manager.
- Help identify and implement innovative approaches and best practices across the organization. Assist with consistency with regard to process and quality.
- Maintain superior candidate and client experience throughout the course of a search.
- Add accurate and real-time updates in proprietary internal database. Support the use of best practices across the organization.
- Potential areas of growth: candidate development and assessment, database management, business development support, knowledge management, and recruiting.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate has a strong liberal arts academic record, is passionate about a role with heavy research and writing responsibilities, and has strong analytical and problem solving skills. This is an entry level position within the firm so Associates must have the willingness to learn as well as the ability to work well on a team to execute assignments meticulously.
Specific required skills and experience include:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement.
- Desire to learn, grow, and be mentored.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work closely with project team but also independently to perform research assignments with little oversight. Must possess a team oriented approach.
- Highly articulate.
