Leveraging digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and a deep commitment to investor experience, Lightstone offers new investors the opportunity to participate in institutional-quality investments.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly personable Investor Relations Associate to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective and existing investors, the Associate will play a pivotal role in capital raising, representing an institutional real estate brand, and delivering an exceptional investor experience. This role requires a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Engagement & Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Conduct introductory calls, provide offering information, and answer inquiries with precision and professionalism.
• Guide investors through the onboarding and subscription process with a white-glove, concierge-style approach.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the Lightstone brand and institutional-quality service.

Capital Raising Support

• Assist in capital raise efforts for multifamily and industrial real estate offerings under the Reg D 506(c) framework.
• Build and nurture relationships with accredited investors through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and educational discussions.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM regarding investor activity, preferences, and communications.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and Manager of Investor Relations to align communication strategies and investor messaging.
• Coordinate with compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless investor journeys.
• Participate in the execution of investor webinars, events, and virtual presentations.

Process Management

• Help ensure smooth execution of investor documentation and onboarding processes.
• Support the preparation and delivery of investor reports, updates, and performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and investor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial services, real estate, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural client service orientation.
• Ability to explain complex investment concepts in clear, concise language.
• Familiarity with Regulation D offerings and investor accreditation requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and investor portals.
• Professional demeanor and presentation, with exceptional attention to detail.
