Associate Instructor - Hourly - University of Utah : Job Details

Wellness and Integrative Health at University of Utah Health is seeking an Associate Instructor to lead health and fitness programs as part of various wellness initiatives. A primary responsibility of this role is to teach U employee health and wellness classes through PEAK Health and Fitness. Additionally, the Associate Instructor will have opportunities to contribute to other wellness initiatives. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Teach group fitness classes. Conduct health and fitness assessments. Provide personal training services. Offer individual wellness consultations. Support wellness events, including movement breaks and health fairs. This role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, along with a demonstrated understanding of health and wellness principles.
