Associate Industrialization and Technical Support Engineer - Symrise AG : Job Details

Ensure new product and new equipment qualifications are in accordance with the R&D program and priorities from management. Organize opening and closing reviews with quality, purchasing and industrial. Build the development plan, manage milestones and timelines for projects. Prepare all documentation for the trial formulation and process flow chart. Validate trials with regard to chemical specifications, yields, and palatability. Train operators on new processes, recipes as needed. Communicate the conclusions and next steps to manager and RD team via trial report and follow up meetings Ensure follow-up after product validation in production (first 10 production batches) Schedule with production the trials to ensure project is on time. Create Bill of material in ERP Validate and update formulas, process charts, work instructions, SOP. Modify formulas to ensure business continuity. Ensure that formulation/process will be respected.
