The Associate HR Business Partner is a critical role on Green Thumbs People Team. This role will be based out of our Centreville, MD production facility. The Associate HRBP operates under the supervision of an HRBP at the site to align business objectives, HR strategy and talent to scale our rapid growth. The Associate HR Business Partner is highly execution focused and partners with our hourly teams, supervisors, and members of the management team. This is an onsite role 5 days per week at our Centreville, MD manufacturing/cultivation facility.
