\n- Provide product development from concept to commercialization.
\n- Assist in planning and execution of product concept demonstrations for existing and potential new customers.
\n- Actively participate in the design and physical production of bench samples that accurately mimic production line capabilities.
\n- Assist in continuous cost reduction of existing products while protecting or enhancing the organoleptic quality of products.
\n- Utilize statistics to define physical parameters of developed products.
\n- Accurate data entry and file maintenance.
\n- Physical assistance in production line tests, commercialization of new products, and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor.
\n- Other relevant duties and projects as assigned. indhp
\n
\n- Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Meat Science or other related fields of study required.
\n- Theoretical knowledge of further processing equipment and packaging
\n- Bi-lingual language skills preferred
\n- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
\n- Strong analytical and organizational skills
\n- Basic knowledge of statistics
\n- Willingness to work early morning and evening hours and weekends when necessary, and travel (approximately 30%)
\n- Good communication skills, with ability to work with all levels of management
